TELEPERFORMANCE MAKES INITIAL DONATION OF P200K FOR TYPHOON YOLANDA VICTIMS, WITH PLEDGES FOR MORE

Teleperformance, through its corporate social responsibility arm Citizen of the World (COTW), has made an initial donation of P200,000 to the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) as part of the company’s commitment to provide immediate assistance for Typhoon Yolanda victims in the Visayas region. Following the initial amount, the company has pledged for more donations to help sustain the relief operations of PRC.

Present during the check turnover were Jeffrey Johnson, VP for Human Capital Resource Management (HCRM), Marilyn Ventenilla, Communications & Marketing Manager, Tracy Gannaban, Assistant HCRM Manager, and Emilson Macalinao, COTW Ambassador. Receiving the check on behalf of PRC were Shirlie Alicante, Rizal Chapter Administrator, and Pilar Tan Lee, Rizal Chapter Board of Directors and Chapter Treasurer of Philippine Red Cross.

As COTW extends its assistance to organizations like the PRC, it has likewise initiated an internal donation drive to gather contributions in order to provide assistance to its own employees who have been directly affected by Typhoon Yolanda.
