Teleperformance Receives 2015 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award

Frost & Sullivan has recognized Teleperformance with the 2015 Asia Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award.

The award was presented to Teleperformance at the 2015 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards banquet, held at the Westin Singapore. 

“Over the years, Teleperformance has stitched together a remarkable story that highlights outstanding business goals and growth, client portfolio, satisfaction and retention levels, new service creation and geographical expansion,” said Krishna Baidya, Head of Customer Contact Research, ICT Practice, Asia Pacific at Frost & Sullivan.

He added that the company continues to successfully expand its client base as well as new lines of business and/or service channels with existing customers to generate a projected APAC in-region revenue growth of over 50% in 2014.

Krishna also said that Teleperformance’s people-centric culture, solid technology, partnerships and proprietary platforms offer their clients outstanding customer experience whilst enhancing their loyalty.

Award recipients are evaluated based on their revenue growth, market share gains, leadership in new product introduction and innovation, breadth of products and solutions, major customer acquisition, and business and market strategy.

The results are then presented to an independent panel of judges, comprising of influential personalities, decision-makers and thought leaders from the ICT sector across Asia Pacific.

6. Entries must be publicly posted until July 4, 2015, 5:00PM.
7. The top 3 winners will win 15K, 10K, and 5K during a raffle draw to be held on July 6, 2015. Representatives from Teleperformance Communications & Marketing, Recruitment and Human Resources will witness the raffle.
8. In addition, the top 3 most creative entries will also be awarded with 15K, 10K, and 5K based on the following criteria: creativity (50%), originality (25%) and visual impact (25%). The SVP for Human Capital Resource Management, VP for Recruitment and Regional Communications and Marketing Director will serve as judges. Winners will be posted in Teleperformance Philippines Facebook page.
9. There will be no limit to the number of entries. However, a participant may only win once.
10. Should disputes arise in the execution of this contest, the decision of the SVP for Human Capital Resource Management of Teleperformance Philippines will be final and irrevocable.
