Teleperformance Visits Kythe Foundation

More than 30 Teleperformance employee volunteers recently joined the Citizen of the World’s (COTW) regular visit to the children of Kythe Foundation at the Southern Philippines Medical Center.

Dressed in a clown costume, Quality Assurance Analyst Jones Gabayan opened the program and shared his balloon twisting tricks to the children. Together with their big brothers and sisters, the children were treated to a day filled with fun games, entertainment and special meals.

This day of interaction with the children of Kythe Foundation is part of the company’s initiatives to allow their employees to participate in activities where they can give back to their community.

Kythe Foundation is a non-stock and non-profit organization that offers psycho-social care to pediatric patients in hospitals.

For Melanie, no dream is too big. Started working in 2007 as a food concessionaire in one of the cafeterias of Teleperformance, Melanie dreamt of becoming an agent one day. After her contract with the canteen concessionaire ended, she was given the opportunity to be part of the security team, and eventually got promoted as Security Assistant Supervisor after a year. Later in 2012, she finally decided to pursue her dream when she applied and was hired as an agent at Teleperformance. Now, she works as a subject matter expert in her account.
