Fairview Top Performers Turn Up the Heat

Would you describe recognition as “hot, steamy, and delightful?”  For Teleperformance Fairview’s Q4 top performers, these adjectives could never be more fitting.

Good food and good company was the order of the day last January 20 as the site hosted their traditional “Feast for the Finest” recognition program for over forty (40) top performing employees at Tong Yang in SM Fairview. Over steaming bowls of delicious shabu-shabu, Vice President of Operations Toni Tompar and Site Director Jenn Serrano acknowledged the performance of these outstanding employees for hitting and exceeding their program’s metrics.

The occasion also served as an opportunity for them to share best practices and discuss plans relevant to their respective programs.

Capping off the hearty feast, the Q4 awardees received certificates of appreciation and special edition shirts.

Teleperformance Joins Cebuanos in Celebrating Sinulog 2017

Teleperformance, the world’s leading provider of outsourced omnichannel customer experience management services, recently joined the rest of Cebu in celebrating this year’s Sinulog Festival. An estimated 1.5 million devotees and tourists joined the Sinulog Grand Parade where Teleperformance presented its festive floral float.

With the annual theme, “One Beat, One Dance, One Vision,” Teleperformance highlighted its participation in the festival by organizing its own Sinulog Queen and King Pageant and by joining in the street dance parties. Both events set the stage for nearly 8,000 employees from Teleperformance Cebu to share their talents with millions of Cebuanos and tourists who marched in celebration.

Sinulog is now on its 36th year and continues to be a major festival in Cebu. Each year on the third Sunday of January, Cebuanos gather to pay tribute to the Santo Niño, or child Jesus, who is the patron saint of the province. Sinulog is celebrated in both cultural and religious context, showcasing Cebu’s proud heritage and strong Catholic faith.

Teleperformance is present in two sites in Cebu City – at Insular Life Building in Cebu Business Park and at Asiatown IT Park. As part of the Sinulog celebrations, Teleperformance held recruitment open house activities where free meals were served to all walk-in applicants.

Frost & Sullivan Recognizes Teleperformance’s Leadership in Global Corporate Social Responsibility

Teleperformance’s Leadership and Commitment Sets the Standard for Worldwide Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Best Practices among BPO Companies.

Based on its recent competitive CSR analysis of the contact center outsourcing market, Frost & Sullivan recognizes Teleperformance with the global Frost & Sullivan 2016 Company of the Year Award for Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility Leadership.

For the Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Leadership Award, Frost & Sullivan analysts independently evaluated major industry BPO players on two key factors: Quality of Corporate Social Responsibility Programs and tangible Business/Customer CSR Impact.

With industry experience spanning five decades, the Teleperformance Group has grown its operations to over 190,000 employees across more than 300 contact centers in 65 countries, while serving over 160 world markets. It manages client programs in more than 75 languages and dialects on behalf of major international companies.

“Teleperformance participates in initiatives like the Global Impact Sourcing Coalition with organizations like the Rockefeller Foundation and the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC),” said Frost & Sullivan Principal Analyst Michael DeSalles. “This important strategic policy initiative of the United Nations aligns businesses with human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption principles—on a global level.”
